Below are general instructions 

-Put your hair up and out of the way 

-Have a chair or somewhere to sit 

-Open all the hooks even the last one near the crotch area 

-Make sure you see that the inner line is between the legs like pants 

-Pull up and over the hips like a pair of tight jeans (wiggle, wiggle as you pull up) 

-When you put it do not pull on the butt area wiggle as you pull up and turn the garment towards you 

-Bra goes after the garment or on top of the garment 

-Put the shoulder straps on before clipping 

-Face the mirror and begin clipping from the bottom up 

-Clip on the first set of hooks, not the tightest.
