We ship with USPS

If your tracking number (order) shows delivered we will not reship, 

Shapewear please allow 5-10 business days excluding Sundays and Major Holidays (Unless noted otherwise such as pre-orders) excludes transit time to process and fill your order. 

If out of stock of colors you agree that the next color available will be fine to ship and receive. 

You understand that some orders may be shipped with signature confirmation and you will need to be present or have an adult present to sign to confirm delivery. 

We are not responsible for inaccurate addresses, or Missing unit Numbers 

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. 

We are not responsible If there is a delay on your package due to weather, acts of God, or postal services. 

You can check the status of your order with your tracking number please call your local post office for an update on the tracking information once your package leaves our facility we do not have access, status or control of the package. 

 We ship the size and style as you choose on our website we are not responsible for errors occurred on your behalf.
