Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled.

Once you check out your shipping address cannot be changed.

Tracking numbers are the estimated time of arrival and is not guaranteed day of delivery, contact your local post office for tracking information.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, incorrect shipping addresses, missing unit, or apartment number. Due to health regulations, we cannot accept returns on undergarments or absorbent materials.
